Dear Parents,
We want to inform you about the necessary steps for your child’s participation in Middle School Athletics in 2024-25. To ensure eligibility, please ensure all required forms are signed, uploaded to Rank One, and approved before the commencement of the school day. These forms must be processed accordingly, as without approval, students will need to depart at the end of the school day using their usual mode of transportation.
Kindly note that, per GCPS policy, paper copies of the forms cannot be accepted, nor can students be allowed to participate in practice without having the completed and uploaded forms in Rank One.

Event Polices & Procedures
In order to ensure the safety and positive environment for all attending Collins Hill HS games this school year the following policies have been implemented.
- All middle school age and younger students must be accompanied by a paying adult.
- Students must remain seated during the games.
- We have new procedures regarding bags being brought into events. Clear bags only. Clear bags with the Collins Hill logo will be available for purchase at the gates for $10. This clear bag rule will be enforced for all athletic events at the high school including our 8th grade basketball games.
This season, we will be following the lead of Collins Hill High School in going completely CASHLESS for our athletic events! Tickets for all home games can be purchased in advance or at the gate via GoFan. (Click here to purchase tickets!) *Please note that our concession stand will also be cashless.

Parents: Please review the information in this document. If there is an activity in which you do not wish for your child to participate, please go to your Gwinnett County Public Schools, Student/Parent Handbook, Grades 4-12, 2024-2025, and return the completed form to your child’s homeroom teacher.
